Singapore delivery
We currently deliver only within Singapore. Orders are delivered by J&T Express, and you can choose between two services at checkout:
- J&T Express Standard (1–3 days) – from S$2.80
- J&T Express Next Day – from S$3.70
Delivery is charged at the courier's rate for the total weight of your order, with no added margin. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders are processed on business days, excluding Singapore public holidays. You will receive a notification with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weather or events outside our control.
Please provide a complete and accurate address. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal or failed delivery may be charged to the customer.
Free pickup at our clinic
You can collect your order free of charge from ARK Vet Rehab, 7D Crane Road, Singapore 429356. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Please wait for the “ready for pickup” notification before coming, and bring your order number.
The Canine Orthopedic Memory Foam Bed is available for clinic pickup only.
Preorders and backorders
Items marked “Preorder” or “Backorder” are ordered from our supplier once a month and follow our Preorders & Backorders Terms.
International orders, duties and customs
International checkout is currently disabled. If international delivery is introduced, destination-country duties, taxes, customs charges and carrier fees will be the customer’s responsibility unless checkout clearly states that they are included.
