These terms apply when you use shop.arkvetrehab.com or purchase from ArkHomeCare, operated by ARK Veterinary Rehabilitation in Singapore.
Orders and payment
Prices are in Singapore dollars. An order is accepted when we confirm or dispatch it. We may correct errors, decline or cancel an order, or limit quantities; if payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.
Products and pet care
Product information is general and does not replace an individual veterinary assessment. Follow product instructions and consult your veterinarian if you are unsure whether an item is suitable for your pet. Do not use products contrary to their instructions.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or copy our content except as permitted by law. Product images and descriptions may be updated, and colours may vary by screen.
