Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try-before-you-buy option. This cancellation policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases. 

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date through your customer account or by contacting support@arkvetrehab.com. Cancellation stops future charges and deliveries but does not cancel or refund orders already processed; these remain subject to our Refund Policy.

Pre-orders or other deferred purchases may be cancelled before processing by contacting us. If already processed or shipped, our Refund Policy applies. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
